Course Exemption
GSAT or Advanced Subjects Test grade achieved Average level. (Apply at the time of admission)
TVE Joint College Entrance Examination English grade achieved Above Average level. (Apply at the time of admission)
Ceterfication grade achieved CEFR B1 level.
Ceterfication grade achieved CEFR B2 level.
★ Applicable to students enrolled in the 2018-19~2019-20 academic year can at most ecxcept 2 credits of foreign languages course.
★ Applicable to students enrolled in/after the 2020-21 academic year can't except the foreign languages courses credits. Because foreign languages courses are required subject.
★ From the 113th school year onwards, the credits that foreign students earn for learning the official languages of their own countries will not be counted as foreign language credits.
★ If you apply for an exemption, you do not need to take the Basic English course, but you must select another 2-credit general education course to make up for it. Otherwise, you will be 2 credits short of the required general education credits for graduation.

To apply for course credit for the Basic English Course, the original English syllabus and transcripts from the school you are attending.
