Course Exemption Guidelines

Step 1：Download Forms

Basic English Exemption Form / Foreign Language Exemption Form (only for Grades 107 & 108)

Basic English Course Number: (6250) Basic English Pre A1, (6251) Basic English A1, (6252) Basic English A2

Step2 : 

For students who choose to apply online, please click the button below to apply → login to the school's GMS mailbox → fill out the google form → complete!

Please click the green button below to start filling out the form.

Please download the application form and print out. You need to enclose the copy of transcript and don't forget to bring your real transcript, we have to check. And then coming to the office of Foreign Language Education Center. We will help you to apply for the exemption. (click here to see office open hour)

※ If you use the grade of GSAT or Advanced Subjects Test to exempt, please enclose the copy of transcript.

※ If you use the grade of exhibition to exempt, please enclose the copy of transcript.

If you forget to let us check the transcript, please take a picture of your transcript and use your "school mail" sent it to us.

When you sent the mail to us, it is important to fill in your school number, department level, name and what do you want to exempt. After we receiving your mail, we will reply. Please remember to check your EMAIL.

There is a letter box in front of the office 2D107 which is set for Jieren campus' students. Please put the copy of transcript and exemption application into the letterbox and sent the picture of your transcript to us.
